Opening Times

The church is open for Masses as below ...

​

Sunday Masses:

• 09.30 - Family Mass with hymns 
               NB our Children's Liturgy begins in the church

• 11.00 - Said Mass with hymns

 

These are the ordinary times of daily Mass:

 

Morning Mass at 9.30 am on Monday

Morning Mass at 9.30 am on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
(though please check latest newsletter for any day to day changes)

The church is open for Mass 
except Tuesday when the church and office are closed.

Additionally, the church is open from 10.30am to 1pm
every Wednesday to Friday (except for emergencies)
and at other times according to the Parish diary of events.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Fridays

beginning at 9 am with Mass at 9.30am
so that there is a Holy Hour from 9am to 10am.

The Rosary is said from 9 to 9.30am on Fridays.

Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)
every Saturday from 9 to 10.30am and by appointment.

The Cemetery is open Monday to Sunday from 9am-3pm.

The cemetery is a peaceful area to visit and contains many notable memorials including the Grade II* Listed Mausoleum to Sir Richard Burton (click here for details).  The area is a reserve for wildlife and nature but remains an open cemetery available for Parish members to make arrangements for them to be able to rest in peace after their death until we all meet in the glory of the Resurrection.
